Advantages

The most important reasons at a glance why you should emigrate to Dubai or found a company in Dubai.

01

No income tax

Income at a private level is completely tax-free in Dubai. This applies whether it's salary, dividends, crypto, property, or similar.

02

Low corporate tax

Corporation tax ranges from 0 to 91% depending on turnover and the nature of the business. This is significantly lower than in many European countries.

03

Stable banks

Unlike other tax havens, Dubai offers a very good banking system, which is stable and customer-friendly.

04

Security

Dubai ranks among the safest cities in the world. The crime rate is one of the lowest of all cities.

05

VISA

Establishing a company grants you a residency visa that allows you to emigrate or live in Dubai.

FAQ

Below are the most frequently asked questions about setting up a company in Dubai.

How much does it cost to set up a company in Dubai?

The costs of setting up a company depend heavily on whether a mainland or free zone company is required, what licenses are needed, and ultimately how many visas the company should carry.

These 3 aspects are crucial for the costs.

The company formation process typically takes 1 week. Afterwards (optional), entry takes place to complete the medical test and biometrics for the Emirates ID. This in turn takes a week. Additionally, account opening takes a few working days on-site.

Yes, you can sponsor the family's VISA as a husband or apply for their VISA, or you can employ family members in the company.

No, you don't have to live in Dubai to be able to run a company here. However, you should enter the country 1 to 2 times a year to maintain your visa.

What is the difference between Freezone and Mainland?

The key difference is that Freezone companies can only operate within the Freezone and without restriction worldwide. No services can be provided on the mainland. A mainland company sells goods or services on the mainland.

Yes, each free zone has its own licences and infrastructure. For example, JAFZA offers a port and warehousing, while DIEZ, for instance, has many licences for (digital) services.

An Emirates ID is mandatory for opening local accounts on site. If you emigrate, you may also need it.

Yes, we offer support not only for company setup but also holistically for emigration.
